When I started my search for my perfect wedding dress I had an idea of what I liked but said to myself I would try on every style possible as it is truly the only time you will ever get to try on all these magical dresses.

Well after trying on quite a few….. I found Dasha and I knew this just had to be her. Further to that I am a South African living in Melbourne and was travelling back to South Africa to get married and when I was told that the designer of this dress was born in South Africa – that was it – it had to be fate. vintage wedding

I wanted to share these pictures with you. Thank you so much for making my wedding day the dream I always wanted it to be. My dress was perfect and it has really made all my pictures come to life.

For a little bit of context to the picture:
I had a Jewish wedding so for the Horrahs (Israeli dancing) I was standing in the middle of a big white circular sheet, that’s why it may look like I have a skirt over.
I also got married in a synagogue so I had detachable sleeves made to pull up to cover my shoulders.
