This poor dog had her muzzle taped tightly shut by a horrible person. Luckily the dog was found and is being cared for but she has severe damage to her tongue.
Donations are being accepted to help with her surgery and care by Toby’s Fund, which allows the Charleston Animal Society to provide medical and behavioral treatment to neglected and abused animals in the Lowcountry.
I can't even begin to imagine what kind of creature can commit such an act. Abuse to animals is no dif...ferent than abuse to humans.
