Razor (Al Perry) earned his Journeyman's License on this project at John D. MacArthur Beach State Park. Both Shelters were in need of new corrugated roofing sheets, and the challenge was to build staging to allow access of these roofs hanging out over Lake Worth Cove 20-feet up. Too small a job and too much staging for a contractor, we accomplished with Assistant Manager Pat Rash and resident park volunteers, Ted Leavitt, Al Perry, Jim Budd, and Billy Malear. Good memories.
