I just bought this SingTel hi! prepaid sim card on 21 Jan 2016 and tried to use it but it's faulty. I placed it in my Samsung galaxy s4 sim card error S4 mobile phone but the following errors occurred. - Sometimes I can call/sms out and receive call/sms but sometimes can't. How come? - I tried to go into hi! prepaid account but either the OTP never arrives or it will only arrives 20 minutes later. How come again? ...I did not change or edit any settings. For prepaid sim card, it should be able to work as per normal once it's placed in a usable working phone. Kindly solve this issue fast as I need to use it. |
