A couple of months ago I had a huge issue with Telstra, it took me over a week to get it sorted out. I had no internet and was repeatedly told it was an issue with my router not a Telstra issue. However after finally sending a technician out - who never actually came to my house, only to a site nearby and called to say the issue should be fixed now. I turned on my PC and to my surprise the Internet was back up and running. However regardless of the settings each time I turn m...y PC on I now need to disconnect the Internet and reconnect it. Then once it's up and running the connection is incredibly slow. Each time we use the computer or a phone/tablet via wifi the frustration due to the slow connection increases. I have called, yet all you want to do is send me a text to troubleshoot - your pc ran into a problem, I can't use the troubleshoot link because my connection is too slow! Someone needs to contact me asap, up until my recent problems I've never had an issue. I hope I can return to being a happy Telstra customer with fast internet connection ASAP. See More |
