I haven't received an answer on my email to [email protected]. I was told it would be 12- 48 hours and it has been four days now. I never received the following item: midi shirt dress in blue paisley by dancing leopard. Order date 08/01/2016, order number 0208805. I received a confirmation it had dispatched but I have still not received it. For this item I would like a full refund, or another item sent out to me at no cost with the postage reimbursed as it has been over 31 ...days since my order. In addition I want to return a number of items but I cannot return any of them without getting a return request. When I log in, none of the items appear in my account so I cannot even start the returns process as I have not received an answer on how I can get a return request without seeing the items on my account. As a result I am running out of time before your 14 day returns stipulation runs out and I need to get these items returned as soon as possible. Please extend the 14 days return time stipulation on my account so that I can get it all back to you on time and receive a refund on the below items.
